Reflection on Digital Citizenship & Online Safety Beliefs at our School.
Now to talk about my own experiences, in my school which is quite a good one. I have been taught about the internet is a lake of knowledge but also it very deep and hard to get out. My school has made me aware that I can gain a lot of knowledge from the web. However, it can be a source of distraction and a place where your personal information is at risk. My school has taught me how to be safe on the internet. In addition, more in my house have a self-taught myself to be internet mature so I could use the smartphone which I had for a limited effect. Although one thing my school missed out on is that the internet person you are actually matters, which caused me to not focus so much on my internet image but more on the real-life me although on the internet the people which can find out about you is exponentially more than in real-life.
